How long until I'm up and running?
Most shops are live the same day they sign up. We import your active inventory automatically (paste a CSV or connect to your DMS), train your team in a 30-minute call, and you're tracking from your first car the next morning.
Do my techs need to learn anything?
Drag a card from one column to the next. That's the whole training. Most techs are productive in 5 minutes. Older techs can also call our support line and we'll move cars for them based on what they tell us.
What if I'm already on another recon tool?
We do a free data migration. Your historical recon data carries over so you don't lose your benchmarks. Most dealers run both for 30 days side-by-side, then drop the old tool when they're confident.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The whole app is mobile-responsive. Your GM checks the dashboard on the way to work, your techs update cards from the bay, your photographer queues from the studio iPad. No app to install.
Is my data safe?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each dealer's data is isolated, with no cross-customer access. We never sell raw dealer-level data. Aggregate, anonymized benchmarks power the Pro-tier benchmarking feature only.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time, no contract. We'll export your full recon history as a CSV so nothing's locked in. Most dealers stay because they immediately notice when the dashboard goes dark.
